UBIが2016年度決算発表にて、
2017年度（4月1日から18年3月31日）に「アサシンクリード」「Far Cry」「The Crew」「サウスパーク」の新作を発売することを発表。
また同時に公式ツイッターがアサクリ新作のティザー映像を公開、公式フォーラムでは「Far Cry 5」「The Crew 2」のロゴが公開されています。
